How should I answer the questions?

When you answer the questions, you as an individual respond based on your own experiences and perception, but about your organization. Are you several people from the organization doing the test, but it turns out you have answered differently? Let it be an interesting basis for further discussions.

How do I get the results?

When you have answered all the questions, you will automatically receive a performance report PDF, which you can save on your computer or print. If the results of the analysis are that you are already doing a lot of this work the right way, congratulations! But keep in mind that inclusive recruitment is a never-ending job, so be sure to keep up to date. In the results report you will probably encounter some reflection questions, continue with these within your organization and reflect together with management or colleagues.
