We are searching for partners and sponsors who share our ambitions and who want to support us in our activities.

Our purpose is to raise awareness amongst company leaders, recruitment managers, also decision-makers, about challenges and obstacles that academics with an international background face in the Swedish labour market.

Workshops in May and June: exclusive presentation of Working For Change Compass and discussion (in Swedish)

The compass is a gathering of information about the situation of foreign-born citizens in the Swedish labour market and includes a current summary of public reports and statistics, such as complaints reported to DO and statistics from SCB.

The Working For Change compass has been developed by Kantar Sifo on behalf of the Working For Change Foundation and with the support of the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society, MUCF.
